Richard Khasim is an established insurance agency owner with extensive experience leading and growing a multi-line agency. With more than a decade of hands-on operational experience, Richard has managed thousands of policies, built service teams, and developed efficient workflows to support agency growth.

Through his own experience implementing international staffing solutions inside his insurance agency, Richard saw the need for clearer guidance, better structure, and accessible education for insurance professionals who want to use global talent effectively.

He with his partner Gabriela Reyna founded Skill Up Agency Assist Inc. to share practical knowledge, best practices, and real-world insight to help agency owners build stronger, more scalable operations.

As the owner of a thriving insurance agency, she has combined strong leadership, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to create sustainable growth and meaningful impact for both her clients and her team.

Her experience as a successful business owner has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to scale operations, develop people, and build a business that can grow beyond the owner. From sales and service to systems and leadership, Gabriela brings real-world knowledge and a passion for helping others succeed.

As Co-Founder of Skill Up Agency Assist Inc., Gabriela helps agency owners unlock greater efficiency and growth by sharing practical strategies, industry insight, and best practices for building stronger teams and leveraging global talent effectively. Together with Richard Khasim, she co-founded Skill Up with a mission to equip insurance professionals with the tools, structure, and support they need to scale with confidence.
